Overwatch Security, LLC (OS) was founded to address the dire need in the security industry: professional, well-trained, and reliable security officers with real world experience. OS provides premiere Unarmed, Armed, Military Grade/Executive Protection, Transportation, Travel, & Consulting services; to individuals, groups, small businesses, large corporate entities, universities, foreign dignitaries, local politicians, celebrities, and athletes.
OS accepts all details; whether emergency based, special event based, on call, part-time, full-time, weekends, or overnight. EMPLOYEE TRAINING: OS operates at a high professional level, making employees' education and safety our top priority. OS is structured, have well developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and strict training standards/qualification requirements that include written, practical, and shooting exams. Our training is designed to prepare security officers for stress and difficult real life situations. These standards exist, to ensure the safety of security officers and the clients we are entrusted to protect.
There are various trainings officers must complete to maintain employment with OS. Regardless of position applied for or previous experience, employees are trained to the same standards, “dress right dress”. All employees MUST complete the SFT Armed Security Officer Academy (ASOA) within a year of hire. This ensures guards are well prepared and qualified for positions, as security work is inherently dangerous. The SFT ASOA consist of 103 hours of classroom and range time. Employees also receive additional company specific training, regarding our policies, procedures, and standards.
Safety, discipline, and competence is of upmost importance, hence our extreme emphasis on training and developing quality ASOs. OS meets and exceeds industry standards, allowing us to be exceptionally competitive in the market.
